Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned. Season the meat with the cumin, coriander, oregano and salt. Remove from heat when done.
  3. Drain the chiles and cut each one in half and then halve again. Place all chiles in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Cover with the cooked venison meat and then top the meat with the shredded cheese.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sour cream together until smooth. Pour the egg mixture over the shredded cheese.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve the venison egg bake with sliced avocado, salsa and your favorite hot sauce.

Introducing A New Design in Ground Blinds

Bowhunter TV's Host, Curt Wells, is fired up about the new Rhino Low-Hub Pro FD blind as Lucas Johnson of Feradyne explains how this new blind puts the hub in a lower position to allow for better arrow clearance for archers. The design also creates extra floor space, and a full-zip door gives you plenty of room to get in and out with your gear. A more compact See-Through window design allows less light in, and the silent slide windows keep things quiet.
